4. Shipping guidelines

We offer free shipping within Germany. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–15 business days. Please see our shipping policy for complete information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item to the original payment method. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the chosen shipping company.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), the customer will not incur any shipping costs.
